Bee Tidy Cleaning Services – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Bee Tidy, a cleaning company operating in UK. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

Bee Tidy provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to deep cleaning, regular cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and end-of-tenancy cleaning. All services are subject to availability.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Bee Tidy reserves the right to reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as staff illness or severe weather conditions.

4. Payments

All payments must be made in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms.
Late payments will incur a fee of 10% of the total invoice amount after 7 days of non-payment.

5. Liability

Bee Tidy will exercise reasonable care while performing services. However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to property.
Loss or damage to valuables, personal items, or other items not related to the cleaning service.
Any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Insurance

Bee Tidy holds general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our staff during cleaning, you must report the damage within 24 hours of the service.

7. Health and Safety

Bee Tidy staff members are trained to follow strict health and safety protocols. We require that hazardous materials, such as chemicals or sharp objects, be removed from the cleaning area before service.
For health reasons, we do not clean bodily fluids, hazardous waste, or mold infestations.

8. Customer Obligations

Customers must provide access to the premises and ensure water and electricity are available.
Bee Tidy reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for our staff.

9. Complaints

Any complaints regarding the service provided must be made within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including a re-clean if necessary.

10. Changes to Terms

Bee Tidy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website.
